Had great breakfasts with Korean hot soup. The location was great and unbeatable and the free parking was onsite.

The location was wonderful, only a short distance to Ensemble Hazrati Imam. It was within 20 min drive or so from the airport. Lovely and fantastic staff especially receptionists very helpful, rooms were attractive.

The atmosphere created was quiet. The location for Tashkent was excellent and absolutely perfect, next to many museums, attractions, malls, theater, pedestrian shopping area, Tashkent and the country, and main square. It also was in the center of the city.

I recently stayed at Lotte City in Tashkent for a week-long holiday with my wife. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and everything was fresh and delicious. The location was great, with plenty of nearby attractions and parks. The hotel grounds were beautiful, and the elegant atmosphere added to the overall experience. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site currency exchange and the stunning city views from the top-floor bar. it was a wonderful stay at Lotte City.

You guys made my stay quite comfortable. I really enjoyed this hotel, it was fairly clean and cool. The location in a nice enough area was marvellous and unbeatable and there were a market and department stores nearby. The nice service and the attention to detail! I found a piano in the lobby.

The staff were a bit slow, didn't expect that coming.

The location of the hotel was great and unbeatable - not too far away from Yunus Rajabiy muzeyi. Btw, the airport was 0.5 miles away. The rooms were huge, top quality, and beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Quality Stay with Great Service

During our recent visit to Tashkent, we had the pleasure of staying at the Lotte City Hotel. The location couldn't have been better, as it was centrally located and allowed us to easily explore the city on foot or using public transport. The room we stayed in was cozy and comfortable, with a bed that was exceptionally comfortable and plenty of pillows to ensure a good night's sleep.

Karaoke bar in the basement made noise all night.

The accommodation had a very central location near the main tourist attractions which takes the stress off sight-seeing.

It was in a very central location, near the main tourist attractions which takes the stress off sight-seeing. What's more, it was next to the airport in the rain and a restaurant in Uzbekistan and a metro station.

Modern and stylish hotel with affable staff especially receptionists very helpful, everything was perfect. The restaurant was great for breakfast, we ordered hot dishes. It was new-fashioned and had a lovely view. The great and lovely location was close to Sharq Ziyokori Book Store. Local markets and a market were right next door. This property met our requirements in every way, would be happy to recommend.

The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff is incredibly nice and polite, providing excellent customer service. The rooms are comfortable with attractive bathrooms and the best beds ever.

All was well; nothing to complain about.

The breakfast buffet was rich and very fine. The rooms met our expectations. Some rooms that face the street are a little noisy, those towards the courtyard are very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. We were very satisfied.
